Welcome to The Xperience, an adult-only theme park. By purchasing a ticket and entering the park, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Age Restriction
The Xperience is strictly an adults-only theme park. Guests must be at least 18 years old to enter the park. Valid identification may be required for age verification.
2. Park Hours
The Xperience operates from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
3. Ticketing Policy
All tickets purchased are non-refundable, except in the case where an event is canceled or postponed due to external factors beyond our control.
Please ensure you are able to attend the park during its operating hours before purchasing your ticket.
4. Guest Conduct
We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful manner while at The Xperience. Any behavior deemed disrespectful toward the park, our staff, or the natural environment will not be tolerated.
Guests who engage in disrespectful behavior may be removed from the park without a refund.
5. Liability Disclaimer
The Xperience is not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from reckless behavior or negligence by guests. However, any accidents or injuries caused by park attractions or staff are covered by the park’s insurance.
6. Surveillance and Privacy Policy
For the safety and security of all guests, The Xperience is under continuous video surveillance. This includes the use of cameras throughout the park that operate 24 hours a day.
By entering the park, you consent to being filmed and photographed. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
7. Amendments to Terms
The Xperience reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By purchasing your ticket and entering The Xperience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
